Traceability & Commissioning Tests: To ensure product quality and facilitate traceability, each component is engraved with a unique serial number and matched with a process card. Before delivery, the gearbox undergoes commissioning tests, including noise testing and abnormal sound detection. Only after all parameters meet design requirements will it be painted, cleaned, and packaged.
